Fully remote, anywhere in the US.

All of the work you're great at. None of the hustle.

Running a TC business on your own means finding clients, chasing agents for files, and sending invoices. Here, your whole day goes to the part you're good at.

  • We bring the files. No marketing yourself, no chasing agents for work, no invoicing or collections. The deals come to you, ready to run.
  • Our own system does the busywork.Every deadline is laid out from the contract with the section it comes from, the tasks are in place, and the emails are drafted and waiting for you. It cuts the hands-on work on a typical file by about 52% compared with coordinating by hand, so your time goes further.
  • Agents who value the work. You work with producing agents who chose a coordination team on purpose, inside a system designed side by side with an agent who has more than 20 years in the business.
  • Work from anywhere.Fully remote. A laptop, a phone, a quiet place to focus, and you're set.
  • A team behind you. When a file gets tricky, you're not figuring it out alone.

You don't wait to be told what's next.

01

Self-motivated

You look at a file and already know what's due next. You move it before anyone has to ask.
02

Detail-obsessed

A missing initial on page 7 bothers you. You catch it, chase it, and file it.
03

Clear and calm

Lenders, title, agents, and clients. You keep everyone moving with short, friendly, professional messages.
04

Responsive

You answer during business hours and close the loop the same day.
05

Experienced

You've coordinated residential transactions before. Experience with Ohio contracts is a plus.
06

You know the line

Coordinators handle the administrative side of the file. Advice and negotiation stay with the licensed agent. A real estate license is a plus, not a requirement.

Own the file, from contract to closing.

  • Open new files and confirm the timeline with the agent
  • Send the introductions to the client, lender, title, and the other agent
  • Track earnest money, inspections, appraisal, loan, title, and HOA
  • Keep the weekly client updates going out on time
  • Collect and file every document so the compliance folder is complete
  • Send the utility sheet and help the buyer get set up
  • Schedule the closing with title and the final walk-through
  • Close out the file so the broker can approve it

Work you'll be proud to put your name on.

Every file you run should close on time, with a client who felt looked after and a file the broker can approve without chasing anything.

If that's already the standard you hold yourself to, we'd like to meet you.
